How to Rent Event Linens

1. Add to Cart: Browse our collection and add your desired linens to your cart.

2. Request a Quote: Once you’ve made your selections, request a quote using our form.

3. Hear from Us: A team member will review your request and get back to you promptly with a personalized quote and further assistance.

Rental Procedure and Credit Policy

Renting your event linens from Bergen Linen is easy as 1-2-3.

1. Choose your table linens by color, size, and quantity.
2. Bergen Linen will ship your linen rentals in a timely matter.
3. After your event, place them back in your return shipment packaging (provided by us) and place the return shipping label. And that’s it.*

*Drop off  or arrange pick-up for your return shipment within 7 days from receipt of linens.
