Terms and Conditions 


General Terms and Conditions

  • New customers must provide payment by credit card. Amex, Visa, and MC accepted.
    •
  • Accounts with approved credit information on file may use Net 30.
    •
  • Orders are processed as provided by form or verbally.
    •
  • Next day orders or cancellation are not accepted.
    •
  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of linen rental receipt.
    •
  • Bergen Linen is not responsible for any late or lost deliverables due to carrier error.

     Taxes 

    Your order total will include all appropriate sales taxes. As the buyer, you are responsible for the sales tax on all orders.

     Shipment Errors

    Bergen Linen utilizes reliable services such as FedEx and UPS for all shipments. In case of a shipment carrier error, we cannot be held reliable for any mistakes under any circumstances. We kindly ask you to file a claim with the negligent carrier. 

    Shipment Updates and/or Cancellations

    If you cancel your order at least 7 days from the shipment date you will receive a full refund. If order has already been filled and packed, a 10% restocking fee will be charged – and the balance refunded.  Please notify our team by emailing info@bergenlinen.com or calling (800) 789-8115 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am – 3pm EST). 

    For updates, we kindly ask that you call or email with any order revisions. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, we may be able to create a secondary linen rental order with new shipment charges. You will be responsible for any rush charges needed. 

    Order Errors

    Once your order has been received, we kindly ask that you review your linen rentals. If you find an error, please email or call us immediately so we may provide a proper solution for you. (In this instance, an error is defined as damaged linens, wrong color (not shade consistency), wrong sizing , or missing items. If you notify us after three days of receipt, we will consider your order complete as-is – and therefore, we will not be issuing any complimentary linen rental replacements or credit.
